Amazing atmosphere with great staff who care for the occupants

I appreciate that the staff go to great lengths to ensure comfort and care. Their expertise and friendliness are major strengths. My mother has recently moved in and the staff did all they could to help settle her quickly and make her feel comfortable and at home

My visit to Monarch retirement village was positive and enlightening. My hostess was Alison, who, not only gave me a thorough tour of the village but gave me all the time to answer questions surrounding the step forward into a retirement village. The setting was warm and welcoming. There was a comforting fireplace in the lounge and dining room area and the furnishings were tasteful with a true South African touch. The living area was spacious enough to accommodate groups who wanted to socialize and any individual who wanted some private space to enjoy a book. The interior walls were light and everything was spotlessly clean The one bedroom apartments, as well as the bedsitters were fitted with quality and modern fittings and ideal for a retiree to live independently or with assistance if needed. The gardens were well maintained and a pleasant surprise was that Monarch is pet friendly! Thank you for your bright, friendly, positive demeanor, Alison What a pleasure to have met you!

Monarchs is a wonderful community of people, established on a beautiful piece of land. The experience you feel when you set foot inside their doors is one of peace, comfort and warm ambience. The staff are a delight to deal with and are always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate you, whether you currently have the resident living within the community, or you simply have some questions that require clarity.

Superb - managed by an unbelievable efficient Mrs Nina Gomes and now assisted by Alison. The other staff are also kind , friendly and willing to help. 'Aged in Place ' is a wonderful concept and appeals to me personally
