Pricing for Senior Living & Retirement - Assisted care levies


At Monarchs Senior Living, the structure of your levies depends on the level of care you require. Whether you can live independently, need assisted care for activities of daily living, or require additional care, our monthly care levies are tailored to your specific needs. Starting from R5750 per month, these care levies are determined by your care level and services you may require.

Your monthly levy covers the operating costs of the community and all the services provided during your stay. As a result, your levies remain fixed and transparent for the first three years, with no unexpected special levies or surprises.
