Step 2: Book a resident screening appointment

We want your loved one to be as comfortable as possible, which is why we ask all our potential residents (even the ones who are just with us for a month) to book a screening appointment before their Month at Monarchs!

Step 3: Don’t forget your toothbrush!

While your loved one is staying with us, they’ll only need to bring the essentials! Their toothbrush, toiletries and other important personal items are all they’ll need. We’ll take care of everything else!

Think of it as a vacation!

Step 4: Settle in!

Your loved one’s new home for their Month at Monarchs is fully furnished and comes with everything they need to live a rich, comfortable life.

Step 5: Meet the neighbours!

Our facility is home to many other seniors. Encourage your loved one to get social, get active and make friends!

If you really want to know what it’s like to live here, then talk to the other residents. Ask them about their lives, and how they’re enjoying their experience here at Monarchs! They’ll give you a much better evaluation of our facilities, allowing you to make an informed decision once your Month at Monarchs is over.
